Profil
Dian is the Executive Director of the Jalin Foundation. She is also a member of the Board of Management of the Executive Committee, a position she has held since April 2023. With her background in Anthropology and Communication, she has more than 25 years of experience in SBCC in some health areas such as Lymphatic Filariasis, Youth, Mother & Child Health, HIV/AIDS, Family Planning/Reproductive Health, Avian Influenza, and COVID-19.
During her career, Dian spent most of her term working for Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs (JHCCP) as a Senior SBCC Officer. She gained her skills in management when she worked as Executive Director at a nonprofit organization that builds multi-sector collaboration (public sector, business world, and NGOs) throughout Indonesia.
In addition, Dian is also an active board member of the Indonesian Anthropology Association (AAI) as Secretary General. In this capacity, Dian has unique competencies to develop a sociocultural approach as a principal role in promoting and protecting health, the environment, and the well-being of all living beings.
She has worked full-time or as a consultant in many organizations such as the World Health Organization, UNAIDS, The Palladium, Family Health International, Development Alternatives Inc., Public Health Institute, Research Triangle Institute, and Jhpiego.
