- User Capacity: Starter has 2 active users per month, Pro has 5 active users, while Business has 10 active users.
- Electronic Signature Quota: Starter provides 30 electronic signature quotas per month, Pro has 80 quotas, and Business has 190 quotas.
- Number of Documents: Starter can manage up to 200 documents per month, Pro can manage 500 documents, and Business can manage 1000 documents.
- Additional Features: Pro and Business packages offer additional features compared to the Starter Package, such as real-time notifications, Google Drive/OneDrive integration, bulk upload & sign, document approval, and report dashboard. Before your subscription is over, we will send a notification 30 days prior. If you decide to renew, our support team will get in touch & help you.
Will my signers need to pay or need an account for signing?
No. If your signers don’t have a Mekari Sign account, they can still sign the documents for free. Make sure your company has the eSignature & document quota.
Is billing based on the number of documents signed?
Our billing is based on the pricing package you pick: Starter, Pro, or Business. You’ll purchase & get the benefits accordingly.
Can one organization have multiple individual accounts?
Yes. Mekari Sign allows you to customize roles within your company’s account: Admin (receive all access) and Members (limited access).
Each company account is allowed to have multiple Admin and Members. The allowed number of accounts is according to the package you purchased.
