The user management feature helps invite and manage users, from assigning roles to each member, determining the allocated quota, to organizing storage or workspaces.

What roles can be assigned?

There are three roles you can choose from, as the following:

  • Owner: The company account owner can change and invite users, set quotas for each member, and view the dashboard & history of other members.
  • Admin: The administrator account can change and invite users, as well as set quotas for each member.
  • Member: The member account has no access to manage other users.

Yes, you can remove a member’s account from the company if they no longer work or actively use the company’s Mekari Sign account.

However, before deactivating the account, the admin can transfer important documents to other accounts to prevent them from being lost if still needed.

No, Mekari Sign comes with a quota assignment feature, allowing you to manually set the quota for each member. This way, the quota can be tailored to meet each individual’s needs.

A personal workspace is a separate workspace for each company member, allowing each account to be used independently.

This feature reduces activity conflicts between members, especially in inboxes and storage folders. The personal workspace can only be accessed by the individual account and can only be reviewed by the company owner.
