Abram used to handle any cases and disputes raised from the relation and/or cooperation between the company and its customers, vendors, and/or its employees. Some disputes that Abram has ever handled during this period were, for instance, in relation with: (i) shipping, (ii) logistics, (iii) transportations, (iv) used vehicles matters, (v) industrial relations, (vi) civil law, (vii) auctions, (viii) suspensions of debt payment and bankruptcy, and (ix) Criminal law areas.

Evaluating findings and arguments, reviewing the evidence and/or documents for the purpose of structuring the legal steps to resolve a legal dispute, drafting agreements, warning letters, legal opinions, court and industrial relation documents, structuring and managing transactions, and conducting research have become his routines. Abram was also regularly responsible for handling legal matters other than litigation, such as land acquisition and personal data protection.
