Ricky Surya Putra

Ricky is an organizational builder with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations. He joined Mekari (Sleekr) as employee #44 and built its People Team’s foundation from the ground up, including the mergers and acquisitions with Talenta and Jurnal that formed Mekari, Indonesia’s #1 SaaS company, in 2019.

Ricky also spearheaded Mekari’s Talent Acquisition, growing the company from 44 to 1000+ employees in 4 years. Now, Ricky is the AVP for Talent Acquisition and People Strategy where he oversees a team of 16 people, spread across Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and People Strategy functions.
